We carefully hand-pack each order with love and attention within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to adorn you with our jewelry as quickly as possible:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at [email protected].
International Orders
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions)! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges vary by destination and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to sparkle with satisfaction with every Gleamy Adorn piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make it easy:
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processed in 3-5 business days)
- Exchanges: Subject to availability (we’ll notify you)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings (unless defective)
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, carefully pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the packing slip (if available) and mark it as “Return.” We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Options
Prefer a different style? We happily exchange items of equal value (subject to availability). In your return request email, specify:
- Preferred exchange item(s) from our collections (Badge Clips, Bracelets, Hair Accessories, Necklaces, Rings, or Watches)
- If your exchange costs more, we’ll invoice the difference
- For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds process in 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
Damaged or Defective Items
